In September 2009, Sony Music Europe releases Timothy James' latest CD which includes the adult contemporary song "Did I Touch You", a song co-written with Anita Winters of Bethesda, MD. Sony releases the CD in Germany first. James has a great voice and our song suits his style very well.

In April 2009, Norway's young female artist Ingunn Jaabaek recorded TILL THE DAY I MET YOU and released it as an mp3 album, available for purchase on amazon.com, cdbaby.com, and other iTunes.

In July 2009, the female pop version of the inspirational song "Ready To Achieve" was licensed to a female artist represented by an entertainment company in India.

My song Did I Touch You is part of the German independent movie called DAS WAHRE LEBEN (The True Life), directed by Alain Gsponer with an all-star German cast. The release date for the movie is March 1, 2007. This song, co-written by Anita Winters, replaces Elvis Costello's song She in the movie.

As of March 1, 2007, my Oklahoma bombing tribute song, Too Many Chairs, has officially become part of the permanent archive of the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum. It's a great honor to know that this song is a part of history now.

Shift, Inc., a Japanese production company released the Passion Series, a 3-CD boxed set of 30 of my original songs, exclusively in Japan, June 30, 2005.

Albanian-American international classical pop recording artist Frederik Doci recorded two of my pop ballads --- El Dichoso Soy Yo and Piano On A Moon --- for his double CD titled Canterina. Released November 24, 2005 by Blue November Records, the CD is available for purchase at Amazon.com and cdbaby.com and other online music stores. In November, 2006, both of these songs received step one Grammy nominations for 'song of the year' in one of the Grammy's 108 individual categories for 2007. Single song downloads are available at iTunes.com and many other sites. Congratulations to my co-writers Luis Moreno and John Ranger.

Danish pop duo group BmBounce recorded my uptempo pop song Love Never Takes A Back Seat as part of their new 13-song CD, which is being promoted in Europe. Their producer Jannik Christensen has also recorded this song in '06 as a pop ballad by the group Majesty. Jannik plans to have the lyric translated so BmBounce can re-record it in Spanish and market the song in Spain.

In 2004, an inspirational song of mine titled I've Got My Dignity was included on a CD compilationcalled Band Together for Peace, a non-profit project by Band Together Inc., for the purpose of helping at-risk children in the Hollywood, California school system.
